Arrival at the lodge

Lodge facilities are available for use from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please do not enter the lodge before this time.

The Door Code will be issued in a welcome email approximately one week before your stay.

If you are arriving late at night, remember others may be sleeping.

When you arrive you will find the lodge in a spotless condition. You may temporarily leave your gear in the ski room while you are unloading it. Perishable food that requires refrigeration may be placed in the large refrigerators upstairs or downstairs or in the freezers located downstairs.

If you are the first to arrive, the electricity and the heating in the lodge and drying room may be off. You will find instructions on power, the heating boiler and hot water system in an operations manual in the dining area. Over winter the need to do this is uncommon as the lodge is nearly always occupied.

Guests and members are requested to vacate the lodge by 4:00pm the day they leave, so it should be possible to move into your room after this time. Please store all personal toiletries items in your room, not in the communal bathrooms. Please remember to use your own linen.
